HAPPYMAOO Body Jewelry places a strong emphasis on the quality of our items and shipping services to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible.
However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we have established this policy to better serve you for returns or refunds.
Return or Refund Condition
Return or exchange Items with Quality Problems:
If the item you received has any quality issues, please do not hesitate to contact us by email in our CONTACT US bar @happymaoo.com. Kindly provide your order number, images of the item in questions.
If the items have quality issues, we only accept returning, please apply for a return and place order again. We will cover all shipping fees associated with the return.
Items with No Quality Problems but You Want to Return or exchange:
If you are dissatisfied with the design or made an incorrect size choice for the jewelry, you can contact us by email in our CONTACT US bar @happymaoo.com to initiate a return or exchange, kindly provide your order number, images of the item.
Considering that our products are products that enter the body, we need to protect the rights of HAPPYMAOO and the safety of other customers, for returns and exchanges other than quality problems, we require: Upon receiving the items in new condition with the original packaging, we will issue a refund, otherwise we don’t accept any application.
If you apply for a return, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee:
For Gold, Silver, Glass Materials, We will charge you a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable. For orders enjoy free shipping discount, we will charge the specific original shipping fee of each order.
All the charging fees will be directly taken from the original order payment we refund to you, we will offer you with all the payment details.
Before receiving your packages, we won’t do any refund.
If you apply for an exchange:
We will charge you a 10% restocking fee, and the re-shipping fee of the replacement product and any potential taxes incurred. Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable.

How long can I request a return or refund?
To enhance our service, we offer a 14-day return or refund guarantee after receiving parcel. This guarantee ensures enough time to receive the parcel and submit return or refund requests.
How long does it take to receive the returned items or a refund?
For returned items, we will send you a new package and the delivery time can be found in our Shipping Policy. It typically ranges from 5 to 25 business days, depending on your country.
For refunded items, we will process your refund within 12 hours after receiving and confirming your return package conditions, and the money will be transferred to your original payment card, account or PayPal account. It might be delayed sometimes, thanks for your patience and understanding.
How do I initiate a return?
First, please send us an email with your order number, item image, and the reason for the return in our CONTACT US bar @happymaoo.com.
Second, our after-sale colleague will contact you to provide you with the return details. They will inform you of the return address, shipping carrier, and packaging instructions.
Third, please return the parcel to the specified address following our guidelines.
Fourth, we will refund you or resend your item within 12 hours after receiving your return parcel.
How do I request a refund?

Second, our after-sale colleague will contact you to obtain your PayPal account details for the refund.
Thirdly, please provide your PayPal account information, and we will process the refund within 12 hours.
Can I request a refund after placing an order but before receiving shipping information?
Yes, if you have placed an order and the parcel is still in the warehouse, you can request a refund, and we will process it immediately within 12 hours.
Can I request a refund after the parcel has been shipped but not yet delivered?
We will first make every effort to contact the shipping carrier to stop the parcel. If the parcel can be halted before leaving our warehouse's country, we will issue a refund.
However, if the parcel has already left our warehouse's country and is on its way to you, we are sorry to inform you that a refund cannot be approved.
Can I request an on sale or on clearance item?
All items purchased on sale or on clearance are final and non-refundable. Only items bought at full price will be considered for refunds.
